I'm Andy Cook, founder of Supasites, a web design and digital marketing agency based in Stirling. In my day job I help businesses across Scotland grow online. But every day, I was spending an hour reading about AI so I could stay useful to my clients.
Eventually I thought: why not share this? There are plenty of AI newsletters out there. Most of them are written for developers or venture capitalists. The AI Cook is written for the rest of us. Business owners, managers, and professionals who need to understand where AI is going without wading through a research paper to get there.
Every issue is written by me, not generated by AI (I know, the irony). I use AI to gather and summarise stories, but every word you read has been checked, rewritten, and opinionated by a real human from Stirling.
